Ducks with HUGE crops. Should I be concerned?

My husband did a big spring clean up of one of our coops. There was a bunch of old food at the bottom of all the hay that our ducks got into this morning. Now I’m noticing a bunch of them have huge crops. They free range and have not been given feed since this morning. I’m concerned the old food might be creating gas or something. Is this a concern? Should I do anything?

Everyone seems better today. Not sure what they got into to have crops the size of a soft balls but at least everyone is happy and healthy today. Thank you for the response.
