Is it ok to raise ducks and turkeys in the same pen (well fenced in back yard) My wife got me 3 turkey hatchlings for this upcoming father's day, and I just adopted three 3 month old pekin ducks. I know I need to keep my turkeys and chickens separate because of blackhead, but does this apply to ducks as well? If so, is there any problem with keeping them with my chickens? My coop is getting full, which is why i'm leaning towards keeping them with the turkeys but I will do what I have to do.

Thanks.

The only problem I see with keeping water fowl in with turkeys or chickens is the mess, water fowl are messy with water and make their living quarters messy which won't set well with non water fowl. If you keep the feed and water out of the ducks and turkeys house where they sleep it most likely will work out fine, and use a kiddy pool for the ducks that way you can move it around the yard so one place won't get so muddy. Good luck
