Ducks with water

oh okay! thats so cool! thank you! so what is you best judgement with the water tub should i take it out that way i can keep them off her when im around. do you think they only try to breed in the water? at first i was like oh there just playing and then they all chip in an i get concerned
No don't remove the pool. Ducks need it to keep their feathers heathy and to wash their eyes, in addition to function it is entertainment for them. Ducks will breed even on land, they're relentless when those hormones kick in. You will need to separate her from the boys.
A few options would be:
1. Divide the run/house by fencing it off so they can still see each other but can't touch
2. Re-home her and have an all drake flock
3. Re-home 2 of your males so there's only one male
4. Get more females to accommodate the amount of males you have (3-4 females per male)

I agree with fatty and friends and proudredneck. Removing the pool won't help. While water is like an aphrodisiac to them and their preferred place to mate, they will still mate her on land. They will likely injure her legs or worse. And it is still possible for them to accidentally kill her.

Temporarily your best bet is to seperate her with the smaller drake so no one is completely alone. Depending on your plans and space, rehoming the female may be your best option. Females are much easier to rehome. Most people don't want drakes, especially Pekin drakes. If I remember correctly, @fatty and friends has an all drake flock.

You could get more females if you have the room, but it is hard to say how many females you would need and she may always be the favorite of the three and still be an issue. While it is recommended to have 3-4 females to a drake, some need even more to be satisfied. If you do get more females, I would be looking at having two separate flocks. Integrating new ducks also takes extra space as well.

I agree and would put the two pekin someplace else. Kiddie pools are cheap so both groups can have one.

Pekin don't need much of a pen to contain them. A two foot high piece of wire and some stakes is all it takes. But, you have predators so, yeah.

Since i need to get 3 females, have you ever ordered off of Metzer farms or heard of them. I was going to try it out but wanted to make sure it was safe and legit.

yep 3 drakes and 1 hen. unfortunately you will need to separate 24/7 if you want to keep them all, since 3 drakes will kill just 1 hen. my 2 pekin drakes have their own pen away from my rouen girl and khaki drake.

i would never have ducks shipped, so many die and it’s super stressful for them. what state are you in? you could look for a rescue near you that has adult girls, way easier to introduce adults into your flock
