Can ducks be friendly if raised from hatchling and handled frequently? I've always wanted ducks. ...but I'm suspecting they aren't as cuddly as I had hoped.

How often do they lay?
From what age do they begin laying.
How few can I keep without them getting lonely?

Yes, My ducks are friendly. I raised them from 1 day old to about 6 months old now. They start laying around 17-24 months depending on the breed. how often depends on the breed. should get between 3-5 a week. depends also on how happy the bird is. Also put some Apple Cider Vinegar into the water. 1 Tbl per gallon should boost egg production and prevent worms.
