Ducks

Hello,
My ducks eyes seem to be getting a little red. Almost like they’re irritated. Could it be allergies? I don’t know if ducks can get irritated by pollen but I just want to make sure she is okay.

She also seems to be breathing a little heavy/fast with her beak open. She has plenty of food and water right next to her.

They can get a little gunky if deepwater isn't provided 24/7. What kind of bedding are you using, and whats the temp in his pen?

Their water is deep enough for them to clean their nostrils out. I’m using pine shavings from Tractor Supply. Their TSC brand. The temp is around 65.
