HELP my 9 month old duck ate a foil gum wrapper !! I don’t know if i should take her to a vet or will it digest on its own ?!! please help

They may get an impacted crop. If so, treat it as normal. Otherwise, they'll be fine.

Is the bird producing poops, if the answer is yes, could you post a few pictures?

I would presume if the gum foil was of small size, it should digest with not much of a problem. Administration of a lubricant or laxative to induce passage of the material would be indicated in some cases. Mineral oil, Metamucil, coconut oil, Epsom salts, or molasses are a few things that may work. If the duck is eating, or drinking it may be preferred that you add them to her feed or water dish instead of directly dosing her orally which poses a risk of aspiration for people inexperienced with giving fluids.

If you notice the duck regurgitating more food, producing liquid/ or abnormal stools, acting lethargic, not eating/drinking, or is losing weight it may best to have her seen by an avian veterinarian.
