OMG!!!! Clocked this flock of beauties this morn. Boy oh boy will my duck get a kick out of this

I live relatively close to a couple of ponds that always attract overhead travelers. I used to think my geese would be excited when wild geese flew over. Turns out my goose girls are not at all impressed by the "nomads." They refuse to even acknowledge the honking vagabonds.

A big flock of geese flew over me the other day, it was a first, as I never see them by my house, but it was extraordinary!

I love the sound of the Canadian geese flying over together in their Spring and Fall migrations! I don't see them or hear them here in NE Florida, but we used to get them in our neighborhood [stopping on a school playing field] when I lived in Northern Virginia!

I had a big load of Canadian geese going over us the past few days
My ducks didn’t even look up
I said look those birds are getting out of this weather in a hurry
They don’t usually wait till a snow storm to take off
Usually way gone by now
