Duckweed

Do ducks eat duckweed? Anyone here grow it for their ducks?
Toying with idea of putting in a koi/duck pond and add some duckweed for the fish. Hoping if the ducky eats it also, maybe the weed wouldn't become too invasive.?.

I put duckweed in a pond for my ducks and they ate it all in one day so I did not get a chance to grow more!

It would be gone in a flat second, i don't allow my ducks in my Koi pond they destroy everything, all the plants... and are a risk to the fish.
