Ducky advice

So tried to put my 10 day old Muscovy ducklings with my maybe 3 wk old mallard duckling didn't go well fights from all babies. So my question now is since they don't get along now does that mean they will have issues when older? Do I have to keep them separate when having pool time, out of the pen time so on and so forth?like I'm so new to caring for ducks all advice has been helpful as well as Google.
