Ducky Bumble feet. I put her up, now what? PLEASE HELP! sob sob

So what do I do now? Do I have to wait for it to get worse? She is all by herself and lonely in a pen; most all my birds are free range. I feel so bad for "Foxy Loxy"!

I can give her a shot of broad spectrum antibiotics. Would that help?
