Dude Looks Like A Lady - hen acting like rooster!

Not happy with one of my RIR girls. She has been mounting several of the other hens since I processed my rooster two months ago. Prior to processing the roo this girl was his top fav and a great layer. She's still laying, but now it's eggs and hens! I'm considering processing her too but worried another will pick up the same habit. I got rid of the roo to get rid of "rooster damage" and it's still happening thanks to this biddy.

Do you know her place in the pecking order?Normally hens do that for dominance.Or beat on them.

She was the highest ranking RIR, but she's about 7th down in order of age. The ones she's getting on are the older ladies. So she's probably trying to make herself #1 over the older girls. The older ones she's been getting on are Lavender Orpingtons and one mixed White Leghorn/EE girl. The other older ones are silky and silky mixes and so far she's steered clear of them.
