Duke's Mayonnaise

Quote:
Ah, Vernor's is fantastic, my grandparents used to bring us some every time they came out to visit. What about Sanders Hot Fudge? Yummy!

Former Michigander here, moved to New England when I was seven, but went back and forth many, many times until my grandparents were no more. I miss them - and Michigan!

Sanders is great! a Michigan treat, for sure. Vernor's is the stuff, no other ginger ale will do!

as per Blue Moon ice cream...oh yeah! love it!

Was that Blue Moon Ice Cream around in the late 50's-early 60's? I don't remember it (someone should send me some to keep my Michigan tastes up to date!

i got my Duke's today! immediately opened the package and took a taste.

my son and i have decided we will purchase NO other mayo than Duke's from now on.

we are making fudge, oatmeal fruit cookies and rum balls today, so i cannot make the cake till after Christmas...but i so cannot wait!

I bought some dukes at the grocery store too and it was really good....also cheaper than kraft or hellmans....I am a believer

If you don't have Dukes, you don't have mayonnaise! Don't know exactly what I pay for it but it doesn't matter, I am not going to buy anything else. Here in SC it is a regular shelf item at Food Lion. The only Mayo I have had that is better (on good days) is one that I have made myself. I am a mayo nut!
