Dumb Ducks?

im new to the chickens. I have 13 barred rock girls and love them. They go in to roost just before dark. I also have 7 khaki Campbell ducks I believe they are all drakes but.......they are not very smart. Extremely scared of everything! I have handled them everyday since I got them at a day or so old. They will not go back into there coop they will not go up the ramp t is not steep and I’m getting very frustrated . I need help what am I doing wrong?
Also all of them have the dark color on their wings look at the picture are they all drakes?

I think it's the breed. Mine are the same way. I think they would fly away and not come back if given the chance.

no I don’t believe it is.

Unlike chickens, ducks like to hang out at night. They do not put themselves to bed. They can learn the routine and you can herd them into their house with a flashlight or your arms spread or something, but you probably won't go out after dark and find that's they have put themselves to bed like the chickens.

My ducks do the same thing. They have to watch me put food in the house (so I can’t just put food in when they aren’t looking) and they will usually go in. Also if you catch one duck and put him in the others usually follow (you might need an extra hand to make sure the duck in the house stays in

Ducks do not readily 'do' ramps. The ramp in the picture of the ducks is way too steep for ducks. The blue on the wings does not indicate that they are drakes.
