I have three turkeys (for two months) but my hen has yet to lay an egg. During Thanksgiving dinner after everyone learned of my birds every random theory seemed to spring forth from my relatives. Some were non-turkey related and easy to quell, others were so obvious I could answer hands down and chock up to misinformation however one stuck w/ me and although I strongly doubt its accuracy I am interested in knowing before spring and I can't find anything on the site that answers the question. The statement was, "ALL TURKEY EGGS HAVE DOUBLE YOLKS" now to me, this seems highly unlikely but I wanted to confer with the experts. Thanks for the help, next year I will be better prepared to respond to random statements about turkeys!
