dumor chick starter/grower problem

Anybody having the same problem with dumor starter grower? one bag smells and looks good the next time i get a bag does not smell good or look good. mostly powder and a few whole corn and pellets. returned one bag to tractor supply and they said it was a quality control problem. after one good bag i got another bag of powdery dust. HELP.......

I have always used Dumor feeds for all my animals, and have never had a problem at all.
