Duplicate PM's

I've noticed over the last month, with increasing frequency, that PM's I send and receive come and go through in duplicate. I'm using Safari Version 6.0.4 (7536.29.13)

Has anyone noticed this? If so, please tell us which browser/version you're using, when it started, etc.

We're looking into this, but haven't seen other reports and can't find any problems. If there are others with the same problem please reply with as many details as possible including browser version and the date / time the PM was sent.
