Because i have a feather mite problem and DE isn't helping. I hope this does if it does how long does it take for it to start working?

You should see improvement within a few days. Keep in mind that the primary purpose of ivermectin pour on is a wormer. It must be placed on bare skin, on the back of the neck. You'll need to treat the inside of the coop to treat mites there as well, nests included. I recommend using sevin dust.
