Durvet Vitamins + Electrolytes Concentrate

I want to use this on some chicks I have... has anyone ever used it? Do you know what the dosing is? It says the whole package per gallon for some type of waterer and then it says thw whole package for 55 gallons for some other type of waterer. It says it's ok to use on poultry, I just need to know the dosage for one gallon.
