Dust bath

One of my chickens was having a dust bath, cooing and working so hard it needed naps between ruffles.
Just wanted to share the cuteness.

She's really working that dust bath! However, she seems to be breathing very hard, even for that kind of exertion. I'd keep a close eye on her today, make sure she's breathing and walking ok, when she's not doing her thing in the dust.

Love it! Mine dust bathe in groups of 2 or 3 in an old tire. I can't help but sit and watch until they are finished. It's like they all mix together into one.
