Dust in the coop!

I have my coop in with my shed, half shed for storage and half coop. My question is,
how can I keep the coop from being so dusty and keep the dust from getting into the area for storage?

Dust is just a fact of life when it comes to chicken coops. If you figure out how to keep it at bay, write a book about it and make yourself a million dollars

I'm talking about trying to keep the dust out of the part that we use to store stuff, I have a wall between them, I don't know maybe I can seal the wall better like use caulk to keep it air tight from the coop part?? You know what I'm saying?
