Dutch vs Japanese Bantams...How can you tell??

Anyone know what color this is called? I thought he was too dark to be a gray???

TY! I don't mind the average, pet quality, hatchery roo. I don't show and never will. I just like him and wanted to know for sure before I buy a couple of chicks/pullets next year to with him. I didn't want to make the mistake of buying the other breed.
