Dyeing brown eggs for Easter?

What kind of dye did you use? Didyou do anything special to get them to be so pretty? Mine turned out looking like the color of baby poo.

Thats right Debi. I think the vinegar just makes the colors more vibrant.

I am sticking with more purple, red, yellow and blue this year and avoiding green. They came ok, but some looked like teradactly poop.

I liked the way our green ones turned out.

The one on the right is a bit dull and dark (it started out a darker brown), but I really like the richness of the bottom one. I like the golden yellow we got with brown eggs too. Overall I was quite pleased with the colors we got.
