Dying baby chick

I don't own any chickens, but there seems to be a baby chick dying in my yard, it seems weak, trying to support itself with it's wings, but now it's just laying still and chirping with it's eyes closed. How am I able to save it? I don't have any bird feed and i believe the chick is able to eat solids, as long as it's tiny enough. I think its a week or 2 old

Don't feed it bird seeds, it's probably cold, hungry and dehydrated. Sugar water and cooked egg yolk or Scrambled eggs will help.

Is it possible to still try and save it? It's not moving or making noise

No need for a 'trigger warning', we've all seen worse here. Doesn't appear to be alive, that's too bad. I wonder where it came from.
