dying chicken

I recently got 6 chickens and three of them seem sick with poop stuck to there but's so we've been washing them off but yesterday after we washed two of them off we put them under a heat lamp as usual then when i checked in on them twenty minutes later they were dying! I was able to revive one but the other died. now today we washed one of them and he started looking sick right away. What is the best way i can help them and how ca I stop this from happening again? Also if you know how they are sick please tell me.

i gave him Yolk and grounded up bird food honey water then i mixed the food and the Yolk because he isn't eating the food but is drinking then later he pooped then threw up the yolk
