I had 18 hens 2 roos, I lost a hen in Feb so had 17. My coop is a bit small for the 18-20, but they are only in to lay, roost or be broody but I have 22ft for roosting space. It is 8x8 nest boxes outside the coop space and they can walk under the roosts. My run is 26x8.

I Am adding on a 18x6 run and another 6x6 coop so I can add a few more hens
