Dying Hen

I have a Barred Rock hen that has been doing pretty bad for the last week. I thought she would get better on her own, but I think she just getting worse. She has diarrhea, is extremely skinny and just sits there all puffed up. I don’t know what to do to help her. I’ve separate her now, since the Roos are being mean to her. Any suggestions on what I can do?

As of right now +6 Celsius but in the mornings it’s about -9

I would try putting a “chicken jacket” on her (I made a fabric one with so I could do more layers) . I am usually against jackets cause they can cause more problems than solutions but, I had a bird in the exact same situation and within less than 30 minutes of having the jacket on she was acting normal. I think what happens is all their energy goes to keeping them warm cause they burned all their fat and thin feathers don’t do much. I would try the jacket on her for a day and see if she acts any better.
