Dying hens, poopy butts

Hi all,
I’ve had two hens die in the past few weeks. Fine one day, gone the next. I also have several with poopy butts. Is this a worm issue? Coccidiosis? How should I treat? Thanks.

It would help if you could post pictures. Is there blood in the stool? Are the feathers full of poop? They adding some vinegar with mother to the water.
