A friend of mine brought me some Turkeys 4 females and 1 male,I have 10 already they are around 12 weeks old and 2 grown hens ,anyways one of the newest hens had taken up with the 12 week old babies..after a few days I noticed when the hen would poop it would be solid black like tar, So after a few more days 2 of the newest hens died idk why but I found them at the barn, then I noticed another hen had yellow diarrhea, They were all treated for coccidiosis and worms.so about a week later 8 of the 12 week olds died, then yesterday the gobbler died, I'm thinking its blackhead bc they have been treated for everything else,I've seen online where 2-amino-5-nitrothiazole is effective against blackhead does anyone no about this medication?
