Hello everyone!

I was wondering is it mean to dye baby chicks like not the egg way, the way where you paint it on, and can you do it to ducks?

I have been wondering where it is illegle in Australia no luck though when I searched it up

If you have to ask, its probably not all that nice to do, it might stress them out!

So are you suggesting for me not to do it? Also guys how can I do it?

I always give my silkies a bath. The last time I did I used Kool aid...the packet kind with no sugar. They are just fine. They were not tiny babies either, 20+ weeks. I paint their nails too.

That is probably the funniest thing I have ever heard! I had the idea of hatching chicks and dying them, and then selling them..... Can you do it perminantly????

The laws are different in Australia. In the US, they're pretty picky about dyeing chicks, check state regulations. As long as the dye source is not harmful, I have no problem. Just not something I would ever do.
