E-Bay scam??

If you used your credit card with PayPal you can dispute the charge with your credit card company (which I why I NEVER do the instant transfers from my bank account).

Computer down??????? I doubt it if she would have posted her egg sales at recent dates. I do not know why all the negatives going on for a couple of weeks and no one picked that up when you reveiw her feedbacks.

I do remember some auction on Eggbid "Shooting Star" from Colorado and she does alot of prepaid egg sales and she did just fine but later on, people just got leery about getting prepaid orders and they no longer bid on her auctions anymore. I do not think this Colorado lady did anything wrong but it is the signs that people just do not trust in prepaid orders....too many factors play in mind what could go wrong.

I bought four auctions from cluck-duck-goose. I called the number from the group e-mail she sent. I contacted Bobbi and she was very nice. They are having bad luck at their farm this year and lost some roosters.

She offered to refund my money on a few of the auctions. I opted for some replacement eggs from another breed. She was very concerned about sending me quality eggs. I am just trying to be patient and hopefully it will not take to much longer. Besides the wait I hope the eggs are better then my first ones I received from gabbard farms. Half the eggs have been clear so far.

If you want to contact cluck-duck-goose I highly recommend calling the number off the group e-mail. She said that they are overwhelmed with all the e-mails. I agree that I am disappointed with the communication, but I am still hopeful for my eggs to come. I will post when I get my eggs.

I bought 2 sets of eggs from this seller. I just tried to file a complaint with PayPal and I immediately got a verdict: "Case closed". I guess because it's been over 60 days. I did receive the mass email a little while ago, but it's been so long that it slipped my mind, sort of. I don't need nor do I want the eggs any more. I guess we're all just playing the waiting game right now. I too will never buy eggs from a presale again!!!

I too am one of those who bought eggs on a pre-sale. So many great reviews and positives until this last mass sale this winter. I'm upset about it because I don't have money to waste and this was a luxury purchase for me... and then... no eggs. She communicated back in February telling me to wait until the "girls" began laying and that it would be April or May. I got the mass email and was satisfied with waiting some more.

Then I wondered why I'd heard nothing and sent an email... Nothing. I checked the Ebay site and see lots of complaints and because of waiting as I was asked to do I'm beyond the Ebay complaint time. Lovely

.

I emailed again - through Ebay and also through the other email. Then I called this person. Got message machine. I'm willing to be perfectly reasonable but I don't like being scammed. Not. At. All.

This person has several listings on their local Craigslist stating that they don't check emails often. That was not a good thing to read because to me it meant that this person is deliberately ignoring the problem and scamming the folks that paid for all those eggs AND SHIPPING back in January, February and March.

Very bad situation. This person still has a chance to rectify the situation with me. But they MUST contact me. Soon.

I wont buy pre-sale eggs from anybody. Its not because I dont trust people, its because so much can happen between now and then. Chickens can get sick or die, even people can get sick or die, or move, or their circumstances can change. It is just not worth it; I dont care who they are.

I sell on ebay too and that would explain my drop in sales. And it really hurt paying my feed bill!!! I list my Pekin's on there and they were selling them at .99 starting bid. When that happened, all my sales went down fast!!! I started listing not a pre-sale in the add and it did help some. Do not ever buy a pre-sale it is a scamers way of getting your money and you do not know how long it will take to get them. Also, if you see someone listing the same item 5 times, you have to wonder how fresh your eggs will be.

This really stinks! I mean, I can understand if somebody looses a rooster. However, their feedback indicates presales from ducks, turkens, guineas, geese and chickens. Unless a tornado went through I seriously doubt every single breed went on strike!

She may be nice on the phone, but it screams "scam" to me!
