Ear ache remedies?

Along with the other mentioned remedies Massage the canal directly below the ear and then plug your nose and swallow. This creates a suction that helps fluid drain from the ear. Just keep doing it and you'll feel relief from the pressure. Repeat when you feel the pressure build up. Good luck! Hope it feels better soon!

I've heard of ear candling but never done it. I'm sure I could get a kit. But hopefully the meds will kick out my ear infections now.

Ear candling is a joke. The only thing it does is warm your ear. Every reputable organization that has tested it that I have found has said it is not only does nothing it claims, it has health risks.

The are actually illegal in both the US an Canada.

Candles marketed with health claims are classified by the FDA as medical devices. As such, they are illegal to market without FDA approval, which none of them have.

The Medical Devices Regulations of Canada's Food and Drug Act states that medical device of this type must be licensed by Therapeutic Products Programme of Health Canada before the product can be sold. No licenses have been granted for this product. Some promoters, in an attempt to avoid medical device regulations, advertise ear candles as being "for entertainment only". However, Health Canada considers that this product is sold for medical purposes, because there is no other reasonable use for ear candles. Canada has issued directives prohibiting the importation ear candles

I've heard of ear candles before. It definitely sounds weird and possibly dangerous. If I have a ear ache that is bothering me, I'll usually go to the doctor. Usually an ear ache is a symptom of an infection and antibiotics will usually knock it out. Actually my wife had chest congestion that wouldn't go away. She ended up going to the the doctor and the doctor checked her ears and said she had an ear infection that probably came from the virus in her chest. I love q-tips to keep my ears clean. It feels so good to use q-tips in my ears.

Yes, as a matter of fact I do.
Also, the roots of my upper teeth closest to my sinus cavities are practically touching the walls of my sinuses. So sometimes what I think is a really bad toothache is actually a sinus infection

And when I have a bad sinus headache/ infection my whole face/head hurts.
