EAR INFECTION???

Ok, so just got home and noticed something odd on the side of one of our chicks heads, never seen this before, it looks like poop coming out of it's ear area?? Pictures are below, let me know if they don't pop up..

I took a qtuip to it and some of it did come off... It lookes like the fuzz is gone around the area and maybe a spot of blood

I wonder if she was pecked. Could be infected. What color does it seem to be. If you gently squeezed, anything come out?

It is a light brown and smooth looking, literally looks like some poop coming out of it's ear, can't reall squeeze anything out. It's not swollen, and the chick is acting normal eating/drinking, very active. It's in the brooder with only one other chick, I haven't noticed any signs of pecking from the other one or seen her peck

Got some spray, it's looking better already. Would I want to spray into the ear or just on the outside?
