Early Hatch Due to Temp? Next Set Going In, Temp Question

I made it through incubating my first group of eggs. It was a little stressful but incredibly exciting.

I started with 11 eggs, 4 hatched, 3 were not fertilized, 2 were fully formed and 2 quit early on.

My first pip was early day 19 and all 4 had hatched by early day 20. We carefully checked the rest of the eggs late day 23 after no signs of live chicks since the others hatched.

My question is, I'm using a Nurture Right 360 incubator. The incubators temp is reading 102.5 F in order to get the other 2 test thermometers (a digital thermometer/hygrometer and a traditional mercury thermometer) to read 99. I'm concerned there is an issue with temp as the 4 chicks that did hatch were so early. Do I drop my temp for this batch of eggs assuming the early hatch was due to high temps?
