Early hatch! One's out already!

Still just one little guy hatched, but I didn't think they'd hatch until next Tuesday. Will he be ok by himself if I go ahead & remove him from the incubator? It's been almost 24-hours.

Kids & I have been talking through the window to him. He looks up at us. So cute!

Try to wait because when you open that incubator you loose humidity and temp that helps the others hatch. remember when brand new chickens hatch, it is 3 days before they get to you and they are okay!

Just want this one to have a feathered buddy if possible.!
