early hatch.

I just purchased a brinsea mini eco and i was finally glad that i didn't have to deal with the little giant incubator anymore so i put some eggs in, they are not supposed to hatch till the 12th but i noticed that one is already pipping. I am thinking it is from the recent heat wave we had and now im worried.

I wouldn't worry. Maybe the chick developed fast?

Lots of times I have a chick or 2 in a clutch that hatches on Day 18. Probably has to do with how we stored our eggs.
