Early Hatching?

I'm hatching my second set of chicken eggs in the incubator. I believe I have my digital count down off by a day. The clock says 4 days left, when I was getting my second incubator ready I looked at the other one on the tuner and someone is pipping through already. I'm supposed to take them off the turner tomorrow, so I did it now since one is pipping away and chirping. Is it normal for them to do that? Temps and humidity always stayed steady.

Are you relying on the instruments on your incubator or do you have independent ones (thermometer and hygrometer)? If your hatch is early and you are sure of your dates, then your incubator is likely running hotter than you thought.
