Early internal pip?

One of my turkeys (at 9 days to hatch) looks as if it's pipped internally already. I can see the beak pointing up into the air cell. Does this mean it's already pipped, or possibly about to? If so, is this too early? He is moving around so obviously doing ok so far.

Should I stop turning?

There is someone in the peafowl group that gets peachicks hatching in 24 days, so maybe it will be fine? Is it peeping yet?

No peeping, and today I don't see anything in the air cell area. Maybe he was just stretching.
