Early laying pekin?

I have a 3 month old Pekin and I found an egg in the duck house and I’m not sure if she is supposed to be laying at this age? Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do and should I worry?

3 months? like 12 weeks or 15 weeks? she could be an early layer but 12 sounds way too early
