Early lockdown???

I’m hatching button quail they are scheduled to be on lockdown as of noon Thursday. I could hear peeping last night and they are rocking and rolling this morning. I don’t know if I should lock them down early or what.

Peeping means an internal pip! I would lockdown early if I was you, turning is not as important for the last week and keeping the humidity up is less risky than risking a shrink-wrapped chick in case they start hatching. Good luck!

Day 16 today they started hatching we have 3 so far and a 4th almost out.
