Early Spring plants for foraging

I want to plant some foraging frames for the chickens. I am in zone 7b, we are right now getting 30-50 degree weather. Is there any early crop I could plant now that would produce soon and well into the summer? Spinach, radish, peas? Any other ideas, especially something with cheap seeds?

Any members of the brassica or cole family, any grasses/grains, any of the common greens. White or red clover.
