This is Kitty, she is a Speckled Sussex hen taht is a year old.

This is Sheryl, she is my buff orpington hen that is also a year old.

This is my one year old rooster named Ray. He is A speckled sussex

This is a black astrolorp at the age of 1 year, she is a hen and her name is Live Action.

This is Sapphire, she is a Sussex and is a 1 year old hen.

Thia is a White Leghorn hen. She is about 3 years old and her name is Betty Lou.

This is Lenny and he is about 2 years old of unknown breed. He is a rooster.

This is my Rufus; almost 1 year old (in May) Buff Orpington Rooster, and my beautiful babies (black sex-linked.)

They are the same age- chicks in May, now all grown up. I'm hoping to hatch-out some of their eggs in 3 weeks. Black sex-linked are a cross between a Barred Plymouth Rock and a Rhode Island Red. They're a great chicken, and I expect that a hen crossed with a buff orpington Roo will be a great egg-layer and a nice & pretty pet. My B.O.'s are wonderful pets, and the Black-sex linked are great egg layers - a little skittish. So I think the cross will result in a chicken that is curious, accepting, friendly, cold-tolerant, long- lived, docile, lays large brown eggs, & healthy for many years.
