Easter Egger, 10 weeks old, pullet or cockerel?

I noticed almost everyone responded that it's an EE cockerel. I know that there's a difference between EE's and actual Ameraucana's so I wonder why Rural King, Tractor Supply and our Co Op here in TN sells them under that name when they are actually EE's?

I had titled my post with Ameraucana rather than EE (but I changed it) because that is what it was bought as.

I figure most people don't know unless they are really invested in a full bred stock but are misguided by companies that mislabel them.

Anyway, thank you all for your responses. Again I am excited if it is a roo. I think it's a pretty bird no matter which it is. :D

A lot of EEs aer titled like that to make people think they are ameraucana's
