Easter egger actually Red Jungle Fowl?

I thought i had a picture but i sadly don’t. If i go back tomorrow i’ll take one. And give me a second and i’ll post a comb pic. The comb is slightly larger than the others.

Considering TSC does quite often stock Welbars and sometimes some interesting bantams, I am like 98% sure some locations go through Privett's or Welp (which drop ships from Privett's). They do have Red Junglefowl. Again, never heard of a TSC stocking them but it is theoretically plausible

I also got a brahma from them today. I have a picture of the brooder the chick is from. They’re labeled Easter egger but all look the same. The brooder next to it was labeled RJF if that makes sense. Here’s the picture

couldn’t get a good comb pic, but again it’s slightly bigger than the others(2 buffs and a brahma)

It is thought that pure red junglefowl do not exist any more. But some hatcheries have something close and advertise their birds as RJF. The chicks are chipmunk so it could be.

Interested to find out! My Dutch bantam looked a lot like that as chicks, with the chipmunk stripes and “eyeliner”. But they were a lighter brown, and the legs were a more greyish tone.
