Easter Egger blue eggs

Now I really want to get an EE to see the eggs in real life...

We have two nine month old EEs. They are beautiful (my kids call them "hawks") and really quiet. I've read a lot on here about EEs being loud, but maybe ours are quiet because of the ear splitting noise the Egyptian Fayoumis and Black Stars make. We'd definitely get EEs again and they make a great backyard breed imho (plus the egg colors are so lovely).
