My four week old Easter Egger does not seem to be developing properly she’s very lazy seems to be lethargic and I’m not Sure if this is just part of laziness ....she eats she drinks my three other four week old chicks All have developed their wing feathers and their tailfeathers she still hasn’t her neck seems to be tilted to one side also and she doesn’t move the other chicks run when I try to pick them up she just stands there
Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Chicks are not lazy. If she is not moving around, something is wrong with her.
She sounds like she might have wry neck.
What exactly are you feeding your chicks?
I would start by giving her a drop of Poultry Nutri-drench to the side of her beak and letting her swallow it.
I would then cook up an egg, snip the end of a capsule of 400 IU vitamin E and squeeze the oil out into the egg, add some water to make the egg mixture into a paste and try to get her to eat this. If you have any Brewer's yeast you can sprinkle a little over the egg/vitamin E mixture for some added thiamin.
Make sure she has fresh water at all times.
If it is wry neck, it may take a few weeks to completely improve.
