Here's the light-colored EE we still have. Her counterpart, Creampuff, was almost completely white with only splashes of color and a gray face.

My little EE girls are growing like weeds! They have a net over the brooder now, because they discovered they can fly.

I have 2 pure white EE both hens.

I have an incubator with 14 eggs due to hatch on the 19th! They are fathered by a roo sold to me last April as an Ameraucana.

The hens are a Silver Laced Wyandotte, Black Star, Cuckoo Marans, Silver Grey Dorking, and a hen that was sold to me as an Ameracauna.

She lays really pretty blue eggs!


I'm so excited! This is my first attempt at hatching eggs. I only had one clear egg when I candled them. Hopefully I get some olive eggers! I can't wait to see what I get!

Does anyone have any of these mixes?

And fly they shall. My EE chicks were quite agile in the air.

I got a bantam assortment today. These two were in it. Do they look like EE to you all? The white has champagne silvery legs. The other one has the same pinkish silvery legs, she has a curled toe so she is wearing a shoe.

The first one is most likely an EE. Gotta love those cheeky puffs! The second one, not so much. Maybe an old English game bantam? Is it especially small?

Yeah it's pretty little. There is a black one with slate legs that is the same body type as the partridge marked one. I wish the hatchery would list it's bantam breeds. I wonder what the little white one will feather out as. She is sooooo fluffy it's ridiculous.

The chick in the front is Guido (1 wk old) We think it may be a roo.

The left one has no name, we're thinking its a roo. Hershey is on the right.

I finally got decrowed EE roo to go with my girls. He was named by my 4yr old son "Whitey". Not very original but it fits.
