Love it! How old is your Leghorn? I have an Exchequer Leghorn that has not started laying, tho the EE that hatched at the same time has been laying for about 2-3 weeks. I am looking forward to adding white to my colorful egg basket!
She is 20 weeks old. This is my first time with leghorns. So far, the only dislike is that they like to fly. Hopefully they are good egg producers!Love it! How old is your Leghorn? No, it's white, from my brown leghorn pullet. I just had to share with someone since it's her first eggW

That's a nice range of colors!
I think you have to start handling them a lot when they are younger (2 - 4 weeks). In my small amount of experience, EEs can bet a bit more skittish and hard to handle than some of the other breeds. Both of mine were extremely flighty. When the pullet was about 6 or 7 weeks old she calmed down a lot. We were also still handling her all the time. If you want a chicken that is going to sit on your shoulder you might have to start over from chicks. My Red sex links and White Plymouth Rocks are by far the most friendly (and will jump on your back every time you bend over).Hi
I am a first time chicken owner I have 14 EE and had them since they were a weeks old but all of them are skittish why? They are now all about 15 weeks old How can I get them to come to me or sit on my shoulder?
Thanks
