I've been blowing out the "firsts" from all my pullets. So far I have a basket full of beige and tan eggs. Still waiting for my EE to lay!

Just a random question, but what color chicks could these two hens throw if I breed both of them with this roo?

I'm not good enough to be really accurate. But you will get some blue, as well as some black and splash out of them. 2 of them, the second hen and the Rooster, are showing blue, meaning ghat they both have some black coloring and a single copy of blue (Bl). So from the markings if the three you will get a mixture of birds with Black feathering and either no, 1 or 2 copies of Bl. With none the feathers will be black, single copy they will be Blue and 2 copies they will be splash. Now....I'm better with black than red, lol so not sure what all that red you have going on will do? But I'm thinking you will have red & Black, Blue & Splash(dirty white) birds. I also see some lacing? I'm on a phone so pics are small.. That lacing says you are going to have some pattern genes at work as well. Should be pretty birds!!

Yea both of the hens have lacing. I hope I get more like them both. They are both so pretty!
