Easter Egger club!

ok I don't have pictures on this computer but I will post one soon... I have 3 Easter Eggers named Bunny, Bunny and Bunny because I couldn't tell them apart when they were small...one Andalusian and one Old English Game Bantam

My Andalusian started laying on Nov 7th and I'm guessing lays 6 out of 7 days each week... one Bunny started laying on the 15th and has only laid one other egg since

how often do EE's lay? and is a slow start(at least from what I kind of expected) a common thing?

my flock is energetic and active so I don't think anyone is ill... I am also in Southern Cal so the weather has been 50's-60's at night and 60's-80's in the daytime recently just in case weather matters

I got my 2 EEs in late April, one started laying and continued to lay consistently at 22 weeks, though there is a slight decrease with the shorter days. The other one started laying at 26.5 weeks. I live on the border of LA and Orange counties. On average, my EEs are each laying about 3-5 eggs a week. Some people say feed makes a difference in egg-laying and the quality. I've never tested it, so I don't know how much of a difference it makes, if any, but I do feed mine organic feed and I scoop some fermented feed for them like an extra treat about 5x a week. Mine also free range in my yard.

Just thought i would share some pics. :)

This is our little 10 week old EE bantam. Her name is Sleepy because she falls right asleep when you hold her. Her favorite treats are mealworms (yum!). She's also a model in her spare time as you can see.
