Easter Egger club!

LOL! Cuz they aren't true Blues or because it's less feed/emotional cost?
Um, they are just called imaginary because I didn't get them. Not really....

I don't lack self-restraint. Oh no, not me.

Watch out for that black and white one. White feathers on the head (the bald eagle look) sometimes is a male only trait.

Here's a great website for EE chicks to adult transformation:

Black and white does not, in any way, indicate gender when it comes to Easter Eggers, any more than red/gold coloring indicating female.

The white one with black in the photo above is a pullet.

This one is also a pullet.

Two of red/gold chicks in this picture are cockerels.

And the red chick on the crate is also a cockerel.

Good to know, I've only seen pictures of the black and white ones, with some very pretty pullets at that! And I was thinking more of the blotchy patches of black and white, not the even color distribution, but I should have specified. Pre-coffee interwebbing :) Thanks for the pictures!

I had a Black and White EE turn out to be a Rooster, but I also had a Black and White EE turn out to be a hen. Really doesn't matter I'd say.

So I am sure this has been done but I thought it would be fun to see what we all got as a chick and ended up with. This is Easter as a 2 week old chick and adult.
